      Quickcrete comes with a chart on it's package. Refer to the chart.

        sometimes you overlook directions, example, if it is very humid and you want it to dry more quickly.  Anyway, look at the texture and adjust accordingly.  You may want it soupy, or more solid like peanut butter.
