You can not contact Facebook. You just have to wait out the block. Wait 3-5 days before you try logging in again. Facebook never tells you for how long your account is blocked. Each time you try to log in while being blocked, you reset the timer. One of our members here had to wait a month to get his account back and he actually did nothing wrong. Somehow the spam 'bot flagged him even though he had not sent anything to anyone. Facebook is a mess. You just have to live with their messes in order to use it the network.
