    i am, for instance,originated from an eastern European,country,-say Romania- and i am self employed with badges and all,as a private car hire taxi driver.


    my employer offers me only small jobs,for i am not Pakistani.


    which are the legal steps that i have to take in order to protect me towards unfair treatment with the contracting company?
