      This is akaQA, we are not connected to Shaw nor are we connected to Facebook. I'm not following what your problem is. Are you saying that your password does not work? If so, there are two possibilities...one, you are typing the password in wrong or two, someone hacked your Facebook account and changed the password. 


      Make it simple on yourself, click "forgot password" on the log in page and create a new password, then write it down.
