Dear Sir/Madam, I ask for fixing my email address.
Currently I can directly enter my email account from Google/Gmail menu bar without username & password, but when I entered www.gmail.com the computer would directly be "loading" but nothing was shown on the screen for a long time. In the first way, we cannot use another gmail account (for my wife). Could you please fix the problem as soon as possible? We'd like the previous way, enter the website then type username and password so that we can use two different gmail accounts in my computer.
