They will be the ones we turn to when crap hits the fan and we need people to teach is how to survive without grocery stores,electricity and vehicles.

Tommy that was exactly what I was thinking...the only folks I know that call us an English.
To Colleen- when they are 16 they 'leave' to see what it is like in the English world- it is possible for them to use a computer...and the Amish in PA run markets with refrigeration and machinery and computerised cash registers/computers (at the business)
