my rose of sharon buds are hard and do not develope. it usually bloom all summer.. why is it not blooming
I have a Rose of Sharon that is about 3 years old.. It has always bloomed practically all summer into the fall.. It did not bloom at all in June the buds that develope in the 7 foot tree are hard and do not develope or open... It looks healthy otherwise.. Can you help me..
