If it's meant to be she will. Nothing you say or do, including buying her a yacht will make her love you if the emotion is not there.

We don't "make" people love us. It either is or it isn't. Love can "die", too.  There are too many divorces and breakups to suggest otherwise. 
I certainly want the best for you and your wife. Why would you think she doesn't love you?

You can encourage her love by being there for her always, treat her like a person and fairly....

treat her like a woman or a lady. what is her side of the story.

She must`ve loved you when she married you?..How long ago was that...?...What`s different now?..Do you take her for granted...do you do the romantic flowers,meals out,treat her like a lady bit that you prob did then?!...Do you share the chores ..or does she feel like a worn out housewife who`s not appreciated!...You have to work hard at marriage and relationships..and they usually change from that gushing romantic love/lust!:-(....Treat her like a real Lady..and talk to her...communicate!
