If you are looking for the programs that supposedly hack the game program and get you fee coins or cash, they are scams and they will instead take your coins/cash from you. Zynga will NOT reimburse you for the loss.
The game itself has an option to buy yocash. The purchase is made through paypal so you must have a paypal account. Zynga also has game cards that you can purchase thought outlets such as 7-11, Target and the game stop. There are others but I can't think of them off hand.
