If you have to ask why, perhaps you have your sights set on the wrong career.

Because you look great in hard hats?

If you don't know, how should we?

I study engineering history. I like tools and how things were made back then. Blacksmith work could support me but I don't like to do that all the time. Same for glass blowing and making furniture. Electronics, physics and chemistry are nice to keep track of…..and so forth. I like it all and never accepted the idea that I should specialize in one field of study. So study engineering, music and cooking….find reasons to love studying everything and everyone. It’s all worthwhile.
