    does this statement indicated a negtive meaning?If you died I won't go to that church

    "If you died, I won't go to that church."  Said Jane to John
    I am interpreting this to mean that Jane would not go to the church she now attends (presumably WITH or BECAUSE of John) were John to die.  It suggests, to me, that Jane does not like the church (what, I don't know).  
    Yes, I would interpret it as a negative comment about the church.
