A common way to download movies is by BitTorrent software such as u-torrent, Deluge Torrent, Vuze, and many more.
Once such program is installed, search for the movie you wish to download with addition of the word 'torrent' (a download link recognized by BitTorrent programs). Links for sites where that movie torrent is available will appear. Go to one of them and click the torrent link. The BitTorrent program should recognize the dowloaded link and start downloading the movie.
