In order to remove a Toolbar Try the following ways:

    1) Uninstall a program:
Go to your menu bar that’s located in one of the bottom corners of your screen
    Go to “Control Panel”
Go to “Add/remove program” (Windows XP) or “Programs and features” (Vista)
A List of programs installed on your computer will appear. Choose the program you wish to uninstall and with the right mouse button choose uninstall.

2): open Firefox > click 'menu' > select 'Add-ons' > choose 'Extensions' > select the toolbar you wish to remove > choose 'uninstall'.
