It seems fraud happens everywhere these days. While technology is a great tool for information,, its also a tool to defraud people. The penalty for fraud in China are very severe and schould be in every country. What stupidity! A local Investment company in my area, defrauded people out of millions of dollars. People trusted them, because they were part of the community. I have a real problem, trusting people because of it.
