Email address needed

Pls, I need an email address to find out the name of the parents of my partner. I know they live in Olomouc Czech Republic. Is there an official government department where can I obtain they names?? Is urgent, thank you.

I could not find a list of email addresses in Olomouc Czech Republic. You don't have a phone number or mailing address? That could be telling you something.

tks for answering, no I haven't. I know the surname is Seitl (my partner), He left Olomouc last year around April/May.I need help, because there is somethings that are not quite right.It looks that he have/had some problems in Olomouc. I think he was in a special center. Once again tks.
