Where is it coming up? I believe you mean engagement.xml

Does it come up on your screen as a pop up or something? I really need more details here. I'm not a computer tech, we do not have computer techs here. I can only search the internet for possible solutions. So far all I can find is that this is frequently associated with Windows live messenger.

This is not helpful to me. What does this mean? At the bottom where? The bottom of the page or in the bottom tray?
