I have downloaded QQIntl1.3, i have tried to uninstall and reinstall but when launch it the error is
C:\users\user\desktop\bin\QQ.exe
this application has failed to start because its side by side configuration is incorrect! Please see the application event log for more detail???
Please Help this program came highly recommended by friend in asia.
