This is akaQA, an open forum on the internet. You just posted your log in information and password for the whole world to see. (I removed it) I hope you did not buy credits to make calls with as somebody somewhere is probably using them now.
We are not connected to Skype. Try installing Skype again or find a friend who knows about computers and have them help you. You really should take a course on computers. Most community colleges offer computer courses for little money. Check into it.
