    No. The reason you have it is because you got too many sweets as a kid. Again, no, you can not eat sweets.

    I would ask your doctor about this to be honest , don;t rely too much on the information on the internet everyone is different .

    Running up  your own blood sugar is not a good idea and there is no faster way than eating sweets. Do you want to risk it being Type I? Shots are no fun, trust me...........

    It is not a good idea.  You need to be very careful about everything you eat. Diabetes is not something to be taken lightly.  There are lots of sugar free foods that are satisfying.  Even the sugar free ice creams are tasty....an acquired taste, but it'll catch on.
