i have an account set up for skype but when i go to sign in it wont let me skype is already set up on my laptop but i have tried everything and it wont let me sign in any suggestions

Are you using the correct log in information? You have to type in both user name and password exactly as it was set up. You may need to try "forgot user name" and/or "forgot password".
