Would you like to come with Jim and me. (Correct)

With a pronoun you need to read the sentence without the other person. Would you like to come with me? If you wrote: Would you like to come with I? wrong. Would you like to come with myself? Wrong.

Therefore, Would you like to come with Jim and me? Is correct.

"...Jim and me."  You wouldn't say "would you like to come with myself?"
