You might try turning the ignition key. That's my first thought. But I am going to go out on a limb and guess you already did this. Also, I am assuming you checked the fuel tank.
We need more info, is it turning over? is it 'firing', Your problem has too many variables, we need more info. Please describe what happens when you turn the key..
