This is so serious. If the guy won't or can't take care of the problem, I'd call the police.  He is a threat to your health and the health of every person who comes in.

Yes..serious health risk...Sounds like the guy needs help and education re colostomy care and health hazards he`s causing...I don`t know it`s a case the police can deal with...unless they`d take him to the hospital where he`d be refd to the colostomy care team who can help!...but its not a 911 appropriate call...more like a quiet word of concern chat...but someone should brave it up and get the situation sorted! (social services?maybe...but it is the responsibility of any establishment such as the pub to maintain health and safety standards)..for everyones` sakes!
