    what do i need to download to get my dvd/cd to work again?

    recently up graded to windows 7 and files for the dvd/cd were not saved to my knowledge....please help what do i do to get this back??

      You changed your operating system? Did you not know that if you do this, all owner created files will be lost? You should have backed up your cds/DVDs to an external hard drive. They are lost. You can not get them back to my knowledge. You could try Microsoft support and see if they have a way of getting them back for you but I doubt it. 1-877-696-7786.
