    I have a 61" Sony rear projection TV that want get bright and the color want adjust what can I do

    it flashes for 2 to 3 minutes before the picture comes on I tried adjusting everything but the pictures is still not bright and the color is almost washed out what is the problem and what can I do

      Sounds like bad news. Sounds like the motherboard is giving up. When that happens, it's cheaper to just buy a new TV. We do not have any TV repair people here so you may want to call one. It will cost about $75.00 to have the problem diagnosed however.
