You should be able to do that through one of the USB ports on your computer. Once it is started, all you have to do is follow the prompts. Read your instructions, as you might have to go to the maufacturer's website before you start, so that you can select what you need.
Be prepared for them to try and sell you upgraded maps though...everyone has an angle!
