      Borrow someones phone and call the phone company.

        I called the cricket store and was said to me that I must come into the store where the bill was paid. It should be another way that the customer rep should see when the bill was actually paid.

        Thanks:) I called the cricket store and told me to stop by the store where the bill was paid.  It should be another way that Cricket should check on the system to see when the bill was paid.
