BREAKFAST ..THE MOST IMPORTANT MEAL OF THE DAY..SO THEY SAY!!!..fill up on porridge or any foods like that release natural sugars at a slower rate than eg coco pops!9loaded with fast but short lived sugar!...fruit`s good too..and carbs...Research showed that KIDS often concentrate..well all of us !..and have more energy than those who skip breck!....and healthy snacks throughout the day..ar C4 hrly intervals are said to help!!!:-)...Nb SAYS HYPOCRITE OF THE DAY WHO loathes eating anything before evening...lol...DO AS I SAY ..NOT AS I DO!!!!!...;-)0k...bring on the TD`S ...I DESERVE THEM!!!:-)
