      If you mean that facebook is growing at a declining speed, the answer is YES.  The intensity of growth has subsided significantly.  This led to some analysts describing the business being at maturation.  Also, current members are using facebook with less frequency than they did a year or two ago.

        If you are asking if the site it self is have some problems the answer is yes.It keeps messing up on some of there games.Have a great day!!!!!!!
