    what is the best way to boost protein intake in your food.?

    eat a lot of meat, dairy products, spinach, soy, lentils >> peas and beans., eggs.

    I know these answers, mycatsmom, but it is so good to see them written and let them get into my brain another time.
    I don't eat meat, dairy, lentils, eggs, beans, soy
    I think the most protein I get is a couple of glasses of soy milk and quite a bit of walnuts and peanut butter.
    I'm healthy, but I think I won't stay that way if I don't up the protein.
    Any ideas.

    You have to eat lots of protein rich food.
