I received a number of Printed color letters from the Netherlands foe a confirmation of Guaranteed Payment for $62,000, and additional payments to be transfered to me as a reconized holder of a beneficiary. I am to send them $40.00 to have funds transferd as quickly as possible. Can they transfer funds to me in the USA? Can they all be scams?

        If you send them the $40.00, they will be 40 dollars richer, and you will be 40 dollars poorer. It is a SCAM!
