What do you suppose we can do for you? This is akaQA, a general question and answer forum. Perhaps you do not have the proper operating system for the media player upgrade. I can only guess. If it does not work, then you need a different operating system. That's my best guess.
By the way, it's illegal to copy digital DVD's. They are copywrited.
