    It was probably in the freezer too long. 
    It was probably undercooked. Or overcooked.  Can happen both ways.
    Mushy and Pushy are spelled the same (save the first letter), but they don't rhyme
    C'est tout.

    Mushy? What a question. You overcooked, check your water often and don't use too much.Think of "steaming" instead of "boiling"..........
