    The admin choose the mods. I do not know what their requirements are. I just received an e-mail one day asking me if I wanted to be a moderator.

      I am not a mod Gracie but I do know that one does need to be on the forum for a while and have time on their hands in order to monitor the goings on.  Hours involved.
