Well, it's hard to know what to tell you about this, because you're kind of vague with the details.  Why don't you just go right back where you got the gift, ordered it, purchased it, or whatever, and cancel the order, return the merchandise, or whatever.  You should have a confirmation number, but, barring that, you have your name and billing information as well as the name and address of the person to whom you had intended the gift be sent (if the situation is this sort).  Better hurry up; some companies actually get the merchandise moving within 24 hours.

If it has been made and you do not want to give it to someone then tell them you made a mistake and that you will have to make them a new gift.
