      Control Alt Delete , check your task manager you may have something already running..

        http://www.ehow.com/how_10016071_troubleshoot-srware-iron.html says something about having to download directx which Im guessing you have anyway?

        go to the Task Manager & run new task type exlporer.exe & hit ok that will fix error's
