Very old question but the answer remains the same for me. Never trying.

We learn through failure but if we never try then we never fail and if we never fail then we can not learn. 

Never trying by a long shot.  There is nothing to learn if you never try other than "Dang!  I wish I would have tried that!"

I fail quite a lot and I learn a lot by those failures.  So did Thomas Eddison by the way except he looked at it this way, " I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work."

I agree with you 100%.

I personally never try to fail but I often have, so I pick myself up, brush myself off, and start all over again.

not trying,the only thing stopping you is you!!

If at first I don't succeed, I try, try again.  A lot of times, though, I won't FINISH something I've started because it is turning out REALLY bad!
Think of all the failures some of greatest inventors suffered....good thing they kept trying. 

Never trying..failure is just going from one success to another without the desired results..

There one in the same. not trying is failing before starting.
