Biting people? That's got to stop. I have an American bulldog that was trained by my son. The dog is show quality and trained for showing. When he was trained, my son would grab the dog by the side of the neck or throat and growl in the dog's ear. The dog learned that my son was the dominant one in the relationship. Dieszal is 5 (6?) now, 100 pounds and incredibly strong and stubborn. BUT, when I "grab and growl" (I'm not a good growler, either), he stops what he is doing immediately. Probably laughing so hard inside he can't stand up. :D

My ex used a shock collar to "teach" his walker hound to stop howling 26 years ago. It worked well enough. Have you called a veterinarian or a pet store (Pet Smart, PetCo), or even a grooming business? They may have referrals for trainers. Wish you good luck and can avoid the collar.
Bite back or pull teeth, only suggestions, left??? But honestly, I wouldn't have one, even if it was free!!!

One of my dogs has very few teeth and we grind the dry food, mix it with the canned. There are people who love dogs and people who don't. Thank you for not saying to put him down; losing his teeth won't stop the biting, though. :(
