    When I scan color photos they download to my computer in black and white. What am I doing wrong?

    When I scan from the Canon MX700 in color the photos download to my computer in B&W. What am I doing wrong????

      Make sure your color ink cartridge has ink in it. If you do not print anything for a month or more, the ink can dry out. Also, make sure the cartridge is seated properly.

        Me thanks you are scanning in black and white.


        Check to see that your scanner is set to scan in color
