      If you are too shy to voice them, then write them in a card or letter and give it to her with a flower or something simple and nice.

          It so strang that Boy and Girls can't talk, Girls are no different to Boys they like you to talk to them. they are reasonable and won't bite. If they reject you it's time to move on, shy Boys or Girls normal lose out cos there mates go in first. hope things work out for you.
