Is Transactional Analysis (TA) the answer for "Bipolar", swings and personality problems.

i have been bipolar 60+ years, the actual "help" to control my highs and lows has come from Transaction Analysis. i am not on my meds for 17 months now and slowly improving. as i gain understanding i am gaining insight into my extremes. with insight comes a sense of control and personal worth.  has anyone else examined this avenue. i have found non yet. except the author of "Scripts people Live" by Claude Steiner.

I haven’t heard of that since “I’m OK. You’re OK.”  Good luck.

I've been diagnosed bi-polar since before the word became vogue. I've never heard of TA, perhaps I should look into it or ask my doctor as the meds are getting expensive...........

I could see where it would be helpful.
