I believe that everyone needs some time during the day to be alone....no chaos, no schedule, no chatter, time to quiet the mind and just relax. It is refreshing.

I retreat to my shop which has an apartment upstairs and stay there sometimes for days. I just don't want to see or talk to anyone. My wife knows I need time by myself from time to time.
