      You go straight to the police and ask for an order to be put in place for sexual harrasment.

        If this person is harrasing you, yes it will work if you take the matter to police.However you will have to go to court to have the order made official

        Appears that your father and bofriend are cowards, I'd be paying the pervert a visit and depending on his size I might be accompanied by a piece of wood or pipe. Can't relate, would never let it happen to someone I love.
