Depending on the year and model of your mercedes you may or may not be able to unlock the radio.Contact a dealer for the code.I've been there, done that. Mine is a 1996 s500. After the battery was disconected for servicing, the code was lost. I, however was able to get the code from a mercedes benz dealer,but was never ever able to unluck the radio. I had to replace the it.
