His name is Bruce Lauck Janacek.
I have several signed prints of his pen and ink drawings dated 1988.
It appears that he distributed them through his "Jan Art Co." based in Cambridge, WI. Latest address still appears to be in Cambridge although I haven't been able to find any information about the art.
