    EAT a healthy,well balanced diet of fish,fruit vegetables..poultry,bread,carbs,dairy..meat!...It will do you a lot more good than tea and coffee exclusively!...:-)

    Espresso in the morning, teas during the day, red wine at dinner and healthy food four times a dayin between these drinks.
