See a doctor or tell us more about yourself. Age, sex, any health problems? If you are a middle aged woman, you could be starting menopause. That's all I can think of right now without knowing something about you.

I get hot all the time-- I thought menopause would end that! HA HA  12 years later-- Still getting those hot flashes at night! Yucky!
