To teach and heal. Life is filled with opportunities every day. When you have chosen happiness  opportunities to bring happiness into the lives and minds of others is in every encounter…and thus spread happiness everywhere  because happiness will spread to everyone you meat and from them to others also…and on, and on. A simple smile spread by everyone can save the world as a united and shared expression of happiness.   

To know yourself. Know youself and you know GOD. This answer encompasses being good and helpful to others, kind and compassionate. So when you were born everbody laughed but you cried. Now when you die, everbody cries but you smile and leave.
