            I dont eat red meat. Cattle is injected with growth hormones and it is not healthy for humans.

                  He is gorgeous!!!Can i have him as a pet???If i had space i would have liked to have had some ex intensively reared chickens and let them roam about till their hearts content.Anyone done that?(He shouldve been she ,sorry!)

                            My daughter aged 42 has been a veggie all her life, even as a baby she did not like meat. She does a physical job as a gardener, carries no surplus fat and is very fit. To me she is a perfect example of the non-necessity of eating dead animals. I can't claim to be perfect, as life without fish would be too much of a deprivation for me.
