As far as I know you can't , I live in an isolated area with no alternate transport but independent transport is not tax deductible, however if you need to travel for work purposes i.e meetings in different locations, training etc, you are legitimately able to either be compensated via your tax return, or directly from your employer, but you must reach the location of your employment first and return without benefit, this may be no help as I don't know where your from, but sadly this is the position I am in
